It is important to us that you tell us first if you are even slightly unhappy about any aspect of our service and we will work to resolve any dispute or complaints to your satisfaction.

We will respond to acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

 

If we are not able to resolve a dispute arising from your complaint, we will refer the dispute to our external EDR (External Dispute Resolution) body to resolve the complaint.
